Unity Academy Iraq: Classical
Over 140 orchestral musicians, pianists and conductors from Iraq's four major orchestras gathered in Erbil to form the Unity Orchestra
Highlights of the classical music program included:
-Individual orchestral rehearsals for each of the four participating orchestras
-Daily rehearsals with the Unity Orchestra featuring over 140 musicians
-Chamber Music sessions
-Private lessons and masterclasses
-Unity Youth Orchestra
-Vivaldi baroque original instruments performance project with Marc Thayer and Vivaldi's Concerto for Four Violins and Orchestra in b minor
-Piano program featuring masterclasses with John Ferguson, musicianship courses, jazz and chamber music
